Argh!!! That was so unsatisfying! I watched the drama after the series ended and I've only recently been getting over my BBF obsession. To tease me w/ this music drama and then show 90% recaps...it's too much. Not to mention, the main characters aren't even all in it. Let's hope they actually show JanDi w/ the next episodes instead of coping out w/ a voice standin that doesn't sound remotely alike.

that's so Jae Kyong voice.. not Ga eul. and yes I can't hide my dissapointment. this is like trying to get more juice out of the flatten milk.. (what the heck?? ) pack with flashback. what I have in my mind is like something to tied up all the lose end. like just a picture of a wedding or something and I'll be satisfied. Dang it!

BOF was a great memory to start off 09 in the drama wonderland. The convos after recaps (thanks Javabeans for the caps ^^) and chats and fc and partcipations made watching dramas fun when things are so active (even with the endless flaws) but I hope it stays at that - a memory.

There was really nothing special about these videos but I have to agree, I was impressed with Kim Bum's voice as well. It sounds really nice but the video was SUPER cheesy.

I would've liked it if Woo Bin had sang in his song. I like his singing voice. He rocks for ruining their Jenga game. Ehh, I don't like that they randomly gave him a girl, but what can you do? It was bound to happen and the series sticks with predictable.

Dear People Who Thought This Was a Good Idea-
Okay. Even as sentimental as I have a tendency to be... seriously? Seriously? You give me flash backs that I saw in almost every single episode. You give me Kim Bum (who while adorable) seems more enamored with his polaroid pictures and his flowers than his woman. Oh and speaking of his woman... you don't show her or use her voice?? Thanks a lot for lingering dissatisfaction with a relationship I was hoping to see resolved. On the other hand, thank you for the small gift of Kim Bum's awesome song.

Also - Poor Woo Bin. The dude deserves a high class lady. Some love for being the glue to a very strange, stressfull, and off the wall 4 way friendship. And you get him a broken heart. But I like the song too. Also there better be some sort of wedding type thing for GJP and GJD AND the songs better be good. But I'm not getting my hopes up.

All that to say, thank God this was only 28 minutes and not 4 hours of my life like Meteor Rain. I'd rather have boils lanced then go through that watching experience again.

I might be wrong but I was thinking maybe the girl (who dumped Woobin) hated his care for F4 instead, because so far the clips have shown how much he cares for his long life buddies. So maybe she was trying to say "I hate how much you care for your buddy." Well, just a thought.

God, that was terrible. They just threw in a couple of new scenes and the rest were rehashed. It was so crap! So much for having high expectations...
Nevertheless, the songs are really catchy and Kim Bum can sing! He's got quite a soothing voice actually!

hmmmm i think I wasn't expecting much just because it was only 25 mins. It would be an injustice to wrap up the entire f4 story in just 25 mins. So it was ok for me.
The music is, surprisingly, very good.
I really think that there will be a second BOF. I mean they are doing all these things just to squeeze out whatever money they can from us fans, so why not a second drama that wraps things up?
I think Woo Bin's girl is very pretty from what I saw of her in the 5 sec shot. I am glad he at least has a love interest/story.
Yi Jung's was understandable because I would not want to set anything in stone. It would just be best to say that he still has a love interest. One that he really likes.
I can't wait to see what they will or won't put in Pyo's and Hoo's.
BTW, where is Ji Hoo? he is missing in all of the first half!

i was rather disappointed these 5 years later things turned out to be more like 5% five years later material and 95% flashbacks =( and was REALLY sad that gaeul couldn't make an appearance...sigh

THE SONGS ARE GREAT!!!

plus side:
-kim bum's voice is mighty impressive! that boy can act, sing, play piano...sigh.
-at least the girl who dumps woo bin is pretty enough (like woo bin's type)
-love the narration that woo bin does in the beginning.

down side:
-i don't understand why they can't get kim so eun to play her part again. what? 5 years later her voice changed?
-i feel woo bin's story is so undeveloped even here. that poor guy never gets a girl! and a proper story!
-kim joon's rap part is too short. at first i thought he was the one singing but i know his voice isn't like that....
-woo bin's episode has TOO many old clips it's so ...bland.

Why did they have to go out on a corny clips-show? (it may as well be a clips show--it's like 90% "remember when..." and "who could forget the time that..."). I'm with you on this whole thing, Java--it's a total tease.

I though, "Ah, sweet, a special episode! This might really be something" ... tying up any loose ends and filling any gaps in the rush to the finish line ending (and give this sad pathetic diehard Ji-hoo shipper one last gasp of hope for JH x JD). But yeah, totally not surpised it was kind of a letdown. It was pretty cool seeing the old gang again, I gotta say, after a month away (feels like an eternity since the drama finished and time and reason and everything else went back to normal). I do kinda miss following the story, though... the characters...

But seriously, the producers really have to call it a day after this special episode. If the horse has run its race, there's no point pushing it gallop on. The producers have to either cook this fish or throw it back into the sea before it starts to smell. Or, whatever zoological analogy you might prefer.

Okay. Any lingering setiments and pleasant memories have now left my field of vision in viewing and thinking about this (agem) special episode, so I will just say this: WHAT A GIP! They (the producers) seriously expect us to swallow that crap? Seriously, is THAT what they think of the fans? Honestly. What the flying F*** was that?

Wasn't even worth bothering with. Now, I'm only going to watch Eps. 3 and 4 just to make sure. Yes, that's it... Damn this show!!! I can't can't stay mad at you, BBF... :P

Oh boy, this sucked. It could really pass of as a typical fanmade video. They should have ditched the after story and come up with a second season.

Kim Bum's voice was really good. Kim Jun is already a singer..so it's not new!
Anyways,this is the best drama i've ever seen in my entire life!! I thank the producers for making this drama in the first place. And every actor they chose fits the bill perfectly...and that's something awesome!
I wish this series never ends! XD

Ok, this was...not what I was expecting. I was quite thrilled to hear Kim Bum sing. (I LOOOOOOVE Kim Bum!) I was VERY disappointed that we didn't actually SEE Ga Eul. And that SO was not her voice. I'm disappointed Woo bin didn't get to keep his girl. I'm also disappointed, but not suprised that there were so many clips from the show. I'm sure budget was a concern, and it's much cheaper to use clips than film new footage.

Oh, and what, exactly, is supposed to be going on with Woo Bin anyway? Was anyone else confused? I could have come up with a better story line for him...oh, wait, I have!

I'm currently in the process of writing a fan fiction that will start with the cable car kiss and encompass what happened in the four years between that and the epilogue. (I was considering including what happens between that and this special, but I think I will ignore this special for my purposes.) It's unusual for me to ignore storylines in my fan fiction. I like to keep it as true to the plot and characters as possible, but I really don't think I can in this case.

If anyone is interested, I will let you know when I have something posted on my website.
