Wow. To be honest, I'm not really familiar with Go Ara, but she looks so different in the photoshoot and in the real life shots. Like, her actual face structure is altered. She's still a lovely girl, but the very first picture really stunned me.

Just wondering, is Go Ara mixed? Or did she have plastic surgery? If not, she must have pretty parents then :D

Nah, she would be wrong for Jandi. Go Ara is much too beautiful to be Jandi. Imagine all those teenage girls getting depressed of themselves because Go Ara is called ugly (if she were Jandi)!

I was really glad that in 'Who Are You?' she was acknowledged to be pretty, because usually main girl leads are told they have average/ugly looks (though you know she is pretty). But with Go Ara that would be so unbelievable.

I think Go Ara is too obviously pretty for Jan Di, plus I can't really see her pulling off the quirky/feisty type very well. I think Jan Di is meant to be a bit of wallflower (weed? LOL) but when you look a bit closer, she has all this warmth and kickass-ness, you can't help but love her!!

But Go Ara does look amazing in the 1st picture. Jealous...

Well, she is pretty, so does Go Hye Sun.

But she can pull out as a plain girl too by a wardrobe magic and makeup. She can be plain and feitsy and whatever needed. As in Who Are You she can be annoying and stubborn girl who suffered a loss of interaction of love with his dad so do I feel she can pull out as Jandi. Well, that's only my two cents. Its hard for me to watch Boys Before Flower because of Jandi's acting. I'm trying very hard to be objective and optimistic since beginning but it just meh for because of Jandi.

Go ara got plastic surgeries to her eyelids. I saw pictures of her before she became famous. Her father is very mongoloid looking. I never seen a picture of her mom.

Ara had plastic surgery to her nose, her jaw, and her eyelids. If you look at her younger days photos her face look different. Ara had tapered eyelids. It starts very close to the eyelids then flares out. Nowadays, Go Ara have parrellel eyelid creases. In south korea , plastic surgery is korean culture and lifestyle. I read from korean newspaper that south korea have over 90% of korean women 35 and under had plastic surgery.
