    Yes. No more. My heart can’t take episode 6. I cried a lot near the end and it was supposed to be a little thrilling.

      I cried, too. It was so heartbreaking, somehow, that he was trying to make her brave by making it
      like make-believe, like a scene from a spy movie. I cannot not believe that he doesn’t care for her because he was there for her all the way, through the abduction from the beginning to the moment of the abduction. And when he said, “Keep that coin with you all the time, ” and the ending of that statement, “so I can find you.” I cried.

        Ugh, same! I cried when he gently told her to hide in the bathroom and he’d come quickly to her. He even used her words, “secretly and covertly.” I don’t believe for a second here he’s not falling for her already. He already fell for her when he said he would protect Do-ha.

        Yes, I cried so much episode 6, I knew it was going to get a little sad because we talked about it but didn’t expect it to hurt this much! He definitely does! He was so calm with her so she wouldn’t panic and the way he assured her he’ll find her 💔😭

        Just went through your page and read everything and ughhh I wish we had this little chat window to blab about the show all we wanted to! You’ve written out what I literally have saved in my notes to discuss on E6’s recap T_T I swear, that was my favourite scene. He was so gentle with her, when he smiled and asked if she could do it well, you could see that he was worried but he was trying to reassure her. He definitely, definitely has a soft spot for her. I loved that scene so much!

          Yes, that part – just for a sec, he was off guard, and he smiled, and then his minder said, “What was that all about?” and the smile disappeared and the mask slipped back on again. He cares for her, that part proved it.

            @maryxiah I thought exactly the same thing you’re thinking! Song Joong-ki makes an appearance, maybe as a potential love interest, and SW will burn like @azzo1 wants. I want SW to get jealous, he hasn’t done that yet, and I think maybe the time leap, if it happens, will open new worlds to DH and new dynamics. So excited.

            @azzo1 I think the girl could be a new target – that is so interesting, azzo! I kept thinking she’s the new partner, but why not a target? After all, he works alone, and she’s beautiful, confident, and sophisticated, and the anti-DH’s will whine, “Oh, if only she were DH. I want her to be DH.”

            Know what I think, all those things he’s saying about her being not beautiful in episode 5 and listing all the reasons why she’s not his type in front of everyone, are these because she’s going to do a makeover if there’s a time jump? Like become a totally different person, inside and out, because of what he did to her. And that’s why they gave her that haircut now, and dressed her up in simple wear, with minimal makeup. So that she’ll look totally different in episode 8, let’s say.

            I wanted him to fall for her as she is now, because I like that she’s not gorgeous and drop-dead beautiful. I like that he is attracted by the funny little quirky sides to her – like when she made that coin disappear, his face just changed, and he looked like he really, really liked her so much, then, like he was so charmed by her. And again, when she was whispering to him very seriously about the importance of keeping their relationship secret, and make like secret agents, he looked like he wanted to burst with amusement, and there it was again, that look like he’s so charmed by her little game of pretence. And he’ll go along with it to indulge her, because he wants her to be happy.

            But if there’s a time leap, I think there’ll be a makeover. If only to show that she’s changed in every way, inside and out.

            I think he’s already falling for her, he just doesn’t know it yet! When he goes away and moves on to his next target, I think he’ll miss Do-ha and will start comparing his new target with her, only then he’ll realize he’s in love with her!

            He has fallen for her, that’s for sure. He’s not willing to admit it yet, but he really didn’t have to protect Do-ha, yet he went all out of his way to go to her house and protect her. That monolog when he said he needed to protect her had me swooning so much. Time skip or not, makeover or not, I want Seol-woo to admit his feelings and stop hiding behind his “mission”.

          This makes me 10x more psyched for upcoming episodes, I almost hate you for saying that (just kidding!). Oh geez. He needs to be a love interest or something. I think it would be hilarious!!

          Also I’m so late to this discussion, but I’ve to say that the whole time lapse/makeover thing is an interesting theory. I’m iffy about it, because my personal preference is for him to like her, even when she looks like that, and also because I know all the anti-fans will go “hah, if only she’d looked like that from the start”. Get over her appearance, people!

          Aaand!! It makes sense that the beautiful lady might be another target because ghost agents seem to work alone. I’d thought maybe she was another agent that they pulled in to go to the Black Auction together.

            I didn’t know this even though I went to Asianwiki for a couple of times, I guess that’s because I didn’t bother reading the cast names. Kim Min-jung had long hair prior to filming, I wish she had kept her hair, she looks better with long hair.

            I’m iffy about a lead falling for the other person after a makeover, but I’d like to point out here that Seol-woo has already fallen for Do-ha, everything he has done so far screams that. But he needs a wake-up call, and I’m ready for that, be it in the form of makeover, or new target, new bf, new secret ghost agent. I need that romance NOW!

    I love how smooth and player-ish he is, it fits his character so much better than when they try to make him have feelings for her already lol. But I wasn’t too keen on how she just got in the car without him answering where they were going or even saying “it’s a surprise”. It felt a little weak on her part, but maybe it’s just the fangirl in her? 😛

        Definitely. I just felt so bad for Do ha. I think what made me extra emotional was the fact that Do ha couldn’t or didn’t say a word to any of Seol-woo’s accusations! It was horrible watching her so quiet and almost to the point of breaking down! What Seol Woo did was cruel, man.

            Yes. We already know that he’s unsettled by her since the beginning. While it might not be straight up attraction, Seol-woo couldn’t deny he’s feeling something right now. And regardless of whether he’s falling for Do-ha or not, he was definitely jealous about Woon-kwang and Do-ha’s affection for one another.
