          When I read a book, I like to put on a tv show, a movie or drama I’ve already seen…to break the silence of living alone, because there are some scenes I rewatch with pleasure…etc
          That’s what I did!

          Oh, which book are you reading?
          I can only play English or Hindi movies/songs while reading because if I am otherwise engaged, I gotta understand what is being said in the background to catch my favourite parts..

            Reading a stupid, funny book: Champion of Baresh from Susan Grant!

            Even if the background is in Korean or Chinese, the heated arguments or the music helps…plus I already watched the show so I’m not lost lol!

            A book about a girl in a backward planet, posing as a young boy to do a strange martial art but the street version, to gain money to save her family and an intergalactic prince who wants to hire her as a champion to win a golden cup without knowing she’s female…love, sports and politics in a stupidly funny and light “space” novel! lol

            It was a fun mess!
            It was a light, well written, little read! Like a guilty pleasure!

            And then I started another book and it was a crapfest! Arfff! Didn’t even finish the abomination!

            I just got a pretty copy of Jane Austen’s ‘Persuasion’ as a late birthday gift and I am thinking of re-reading the book cuz the copy is so pretty..

            A werewolf story were women are called the name of the female dogs…no thanks! So I threw the ebook right away!

            😂 It’s funny actually! I had to force him and threaten him to watch PnP, saying that he just HAD to watch it 1st!
            Then HE had to force me to watch the zombie version, going on about how he compromised and watch PnP so I HAD to…
            He hated the zombie version! 😂😂
