Yesterday, I watched the first two episodes of Rebel: Thief who Stole the People. What a strong, loving family. Of course, in K-drama fashion, familial happiness does not last forever. Such strong, emotional acting, especially from Kim Sang-joong. And I must say that the young Gil-dong is so cute. I love the little actor’s expressions.
I’ve watched until ep4 and then have to put it on hold (due to School 2017 and Tae Fever 😅), but I’m going to pick it up 😉 , Kim Sang-joong did a great job 🙂
I might make some posts per episode in the next days /weeks, just avoid them if you don’t want to get spoilers 😅 .
No problem! I already know some things that happen, so not everything will be a spoiler. 😉
I will try to watch at least an episode or two whenever I can. I am only watching one currently airing show at this point (Rescue Me), but I know that a new crop of dramas will be starting soon. I don’t want to be watching too much, lol!
Ohh me too! I watched 2 episodes in the beginning and had to stop when things went down super fast. I needed to get some sleep before I got hooked. I need to pick this up sometime next week after I finish Falsify.
I finally made the plunge and decided to start this drama. I heard so many good things about it. So far, I like what I see. I also love that the family unit that opens this drama does not belong to the upper class. We have a slave family at the heart of things, and from what I understand, there are no birth secrets. Adult Gil-dong even tells Yeonsangun at the beginning of the first episode that he is no nobleman’s son. That makes me happy, lol.
As I am only watching one other drama right now (I dropped Reunited Worlds), I will try to make the most of the time available to me. 😉
