I start school at 8 and finisg at 3:30-4. Sometimes I have to attend meetings till 5. So by the time I’m home I have time to change, eat and have my coffee before preparing lessons for the next day.
I however, managed to sneak in the two eps of School. What can I say…I’ve got Tae Fever. Lol. I read the recaps and some of the comments too. Your’s was the first in both (If I remember correctly lol). And Tae Flower came trueeeee. I was giddy with excitement lol!
But other than that i haven’t watched anything else.

I won’t write for this theme , it’ll be all over the place with no logic , just me thinking oh I liked that, oh and this one , oh and this other one too, so that’s why I’ve made some posts on my wall with the random thoughts I had. I’ll wait and read the Beanies posts for the theme 🙂 .
Your schedule is quite full and tiring :/ , but yay you managed to watch Swoon 2017 🙂 , and yes Tae Flower is real hahaha !

Ooh you’re a teacher too! What country are you from? I’m in Sydney. I haven’t seen a class like this either. So I was really nervous to be put into one as I didn’t know what to expect. But thankfully I love the class and my mentor is really great. The kids are sooo cute! They’re very smart (especially at maths) but it’s the English that stumps them. There are 19 students now. They had 22 before I came but three students moved to the mainstream classes because they were improving in their English (written and oral communication).

Do you manage alone the class or the class teacher is still with you?
I don’t know how it is in Australia, but in France for the first year, you manage it alone but spend two days a week in class and two days a week at uni. Sometimes, someone comes in your class to assess you…

Oh wow ok! We’re not allowed to be alone in the classroom with the students. The classroom teacher is always present. And it’s only for 6 weeks…not the whole year. First 3 days of wk 1 we observe the class and how the teacher teaches her lessons. On the 4th day, we are to do one lesson. Each day it increases from 2 lessons to 1 session (so morning session till lunch time). And every lesson we do, we have to prepare a lesson plan and give it to the teacher so she/he can say if it’s ok or to change anything etc. Final 2 weeks are whole day teaching so no teacher interruption (even though she is present). And it’s Mon-Fri…so we don’t go uni until we’re done with out practicum. However, after next week it’s the school holidays here for 2 weeks so we have to go uni then and submit assignments and all.
When you say you manage it alone…is it part of uni work? Or is it like a job and you get paid? We don’t get paid for our practicums.

Actually, that system I have described to you is when you pass the competitive exam so you are considered as a almost full-time worker so you’re paid for a trial period of one year. Most of people here in France take that exam just before the last year of studies so they can be graduated and work right after but there are a lot of pressures with preparing lessons, assignements and people visiting your classroom so I know many people who gave up… And also, we are quite inexperienced because even during the studies, we didn’t do a lot of praticums. Last year (my 4th year of studies), I was in a school only two weeks a semester but I observed most of the time, I think I did one or two lessons only.
