I love that the bts vids show them laughing so much. Jo Seung Woo is soo jolly! 😍 Him and Bae Doo Na were so adorable. I wish that hug happened in the drama though

I wish Na PD recruits Lee Je Hoon as a 4th member! I’ve never seen the boys so relaxed and boisterous, they seemed so natural. Them playing was so fun to watch! ❤

      I know! That was so funny! When he was literally making circular motions after being told to “turn it” so it doesn’t get burned 😂

      I really love his rapport with them, I was surprised at how comfortable and open they were with him. The 3 were still quite reserved in the show. And you could tell how high his acting rep is for even Seo Jin to ask him about his career

        The word was confusing but the situation tells him it needs to be turned over. HAHAHAAH. That was so freaking hilarious. He’s just so genuine and adorable.

        And Kyunsang’s basically his fan. Hehe. I wanna see them in a drama or movie together.

      It was well-acted ‘cos of the cast. That alone makes it worth watching so please do. It reminds me a little bit of Wolf of Wall Street, just that this one is on the political perspective.

      The overall story though was just OK for me. I had issues with the story flow and the pacing, but that may just be me

      I thought my computer was just acting up too! lol. True about the down votes – I was surprised at the increase in its usage esp these past couple of weeks 😔 The comments threads became quite sad to read through as it created (un?)intentional friction and/or caused opinions and responses to flare up, instead of the agreeing-to-disagree kind of discussions

        Yeah, it’s really unfortunate that the downvote button was used so irresponsibly and more out of spite, rather than to simply and maturely disagree w/ a comment. Honestly, it does feel kinda weird w/ just one upvote button, but obviously, it was just too much for some people to handle.

Oh my, Individualist Jiyoung is lovely! Impressed by how the characters wormed their way into my heart so quick that within 30mins I felt like I’d been watching them longer! Loved Gong Myung here ❤️️

On Ep 3 of The Liar and his Lover and already thinking of dropping it. Not loving the heroine\’s character and the actress. The romance too seems sudden, like already? Idk, maybe I\’ll watch til Ep 4..?

    Don’t worry, you’re not the only one. I had similar thoughts and some really long comment threads about So Rim and why I don’t like her. And yes, the romance seemed too sudden for me too.
    I pushed myself through all 16 episodes because I was super curious about all that buzz. It had its moments and good episodes, but I didn’t love it.
    So, my advice: Give it one more episode and if you still don’t like it, either leave it or read through the recaps.
    Oh, and listen to the OST! It is really good. 🙂

    I almost dropped it as well – but for diff reason – I was frustrated with the actor. I felt like he was using her and I never felt like he redeemed himself. The actress was bareable. The secondary couple was cuter imo. I stayed bec I liked the music, the friendships, the celebrity-making-hardships, and there’s a FF button lol. I still have the full OST playlist! You can try the Japanese movie, its a bit darker but the romance was better sold imo.

Will probably drop it for now and try it again when I have nothing else to watch. I have the Japanese movie on deck since a friend also highly recommended it so I think I’ll watch that instead

Just finished watching this and I loved it! The villain is one of the best I’ve seen in dramas. Plus the twists were awesome, it kept jolting me out of my seat for every reveal! 👍

    I finished the one just the other week, I think! (My werk days are all rendered to the days I watch SP, the days I watch FMW and how many dramas I can marathon in between ) I got of track lol.. so I was saying, this drama was awesome 😀

    i loved that drama! it was such an under-rated gem! It felt particularly close to my heart because i was going through a difficult time in my life and had just started work and felt as if the characters spoke to me. they were real, fleshed out people that we see all around us!

When these two are on my screen, I take longer to finish the drama/movie cos I often forget to read the subs. 😁 I think they have the most mesmerizing faces of all Korean actors 😍
