I’m re-watching Marriage Contract. I’m loving it yet again, but man, do I despise the father. I really want to jump through the screen and punch him. He’s definitely in the top 3 of worst parent ever.
True. I was so happy when everyone finally just left him because despite (and really because of) all his manipulations to avoid ever being alone and abandoned, that is exactly what happens to him.
Oh hey!!! I am, too!!!!! One of my top dramas =) But since it’s such a recent one (within the last year), I’m contemplating if I should dig deeper and watch something even older—which will definitely have some of the more old-school drama plots and devices i.e. amnesia, fanx-cest, etc.)– and see how I react to it now LOL But maybe after I finish my 100th rewatch of “Marriage Contract” =)
I started it before the DB challenge, but I was debating the same thing. I don’t know if I’ll do a write up or not. I feel like I should be watching something older too if I were to write something lol
I might go back and rewatch “Save Your Last Dance for Me” (2004/05) if I do decide to do a write up lol Oh wow, all the leads of that drama are now married–2 of them, to each other lol— …..times flies!!!

He has no sense of shame or remorse or decency. It just astounds me how horrible he is. I really wish there was a truck of doom with his name on it.

I do like the consistency though. He was trash from beginning to end. I would have hated it more if the drama tried to redeem him.

Yesss! I’ve always liked that kind of “punishment” for villains. More than death, I wish them loneliness. To live their miserable lives alone.
