Lol. If it’s there in your chest and stuck deep enough such that it’s not falling out, it’s probably in your lung or something. Pulling it out will definitely make it worse, if not kill you. You may not have the chance to scream. 😜
That is my big complaint about kdramas. The knowledge regarding medical conditions is usually low on the scale. Even in medical dramas! Seriously, pull that out and you can bleed to death in no time.

Ouch! You’re right…pulling it out would have been dangerous if you didn’t know how deep the wound was. Luckily, it wasn’t deep enough!
