Noooooo! Not a fox! Started this weird japanese drama, liking the tongue in cheek humor. I thought it would be a japanese “Bones” but it has more of an Okitegami Kyoko vibe with an extra dose of gags.

WHY would you watch a drama that makes you cry? No, why WOULD you cry? what is sad enough in a drama that you would cry, actually shed tears? How? no matter what, I don´t see a reason.

I cry a lot on a normal basis and I’m very passionate. I just go all in. HAHAHA. As for watching dramas that make me cry, it’s just preference. I somehow like tragedies and enjoy getting my heart ripped (now that makes me sound sadistic). Overall, I just really cry a lot.

Maybe because of the level of sensitivity of each person is different? Just like how each of us view the love in our life – which can be different.

I used to cry a lot for drama when I was younger, to be specific with romance melodrama, but when I’m getting older, I prefer realistic love story, romcom or not. If I know the romance is tragic romance, I won’t waste my time for some meaningless story. I don’t mind tragic story, but not the tragedy based on some stupid story & action lol.

so there is this Folk Music Festival in Viljandi. This year the 25th. They were on the first one and so was I as a teeny kid. My first memory of them is from 1995, 3.40 am, playing bagpipes until they fell over. they have been coming every year but it was only last year I actually became friends with them. They came to the museum cause I offered a free tour, folk musicians have no money. except some. and today they came to the medival part of the museum and played bagpipes for me on the roof and we had a long chat and they sang to me and it was lovely. I can´t explain it, but 25 years, you see, they are already family and they mean SO much to me. I bought them beer and ice cream cause the older brothers´passport, cards and EVERYTHING was stolen, he has no documents and no money and he held on to his precious bagpipes for dear life lest it gets stolen as well. I am so hyped, totally, because we missed each other on the festival, they were constantly in such a rush that I saw them running past and then they disappeared. It is so amazing of them to remember and come see me. I wish my real family cared half as much about me

        Oh, ok!!! I understand now.

What a neat, real life story. It is so nice of them that they made time to come and visit you. But best of all is that it’s like you said, you guys are both friends and family after so many years! ☺

I am back, this means, in order of priority: Teachers´ new drama, travel album, organizing and typing the festival notes and resting. Cause 4 estonians a vacation is the time to get all the work done.

So I am in Viljandi and can´t get to internet much, I used it all up on my phone, only public wifi in the town hall rose garden or public library. Folk Music Festival this weekend, book presentation on Thursday – stories from the 25 years of the festival and two of mine included. Gosh, it is kind of embarrassing, because it is 13 years ago that I wrote them. Still, it is genuine emotions. Nice to remember what I thought or felt on one hand. If people laugh, it is fair, I would laugh. I hope the freind I wrote about comes to the festival this year, since he has been a part of it as long as I can remember or even longer. I tried to watch The Best Hit but a bee sat on my phone and started dancing, so it was a little distracting. The drama is so cliché and the ending seemed way simple but I really enjoyed the thought that everyone has a time and place where they most belong. Some of us are ahead of our time and some just don´t fit into the future. btw this really works, writing in the Notebook and copy-pasting! wow, a long post! should I just keep writing…. nah.

Well, I was referring to that one time you figured out how to take a screenshot on your phone for the first time. I jokingly suggested you take more, but of a drama or something, so I just thought this was it.

yeah cool, but why is he singing “willy willy willy”?

even if their characters didn´t quite rekindle their friendship in the drama, looks like they are playing football together? kind of seems like it

They are good friends in real life (you are talking about Ji Chang Wook and Choi Tae Joon, right?) so quite possible that they are playing together.

Oh yes, just realised they never really touched on this in the later half of the drama. Aw now I’m craving some bromance.

I didn’t see it too but he’s freaking handsome to me.

he is handsome, yes, but he is not similar. I have done portraits before, so I notice similarities all the time in people, but they aren´t. someone is face-blind.
