This @dramatroll meme had me thinking: why is goblin 939 y.o and grim reaper only 300+ y.o ? Weren’t they live / born in the same era?

Any help?
(I might skipped some scene)

    I don’t remember if it was addressed in actual words, but Goblin wasn’t resurrected immediately after his death, so I surmised that the grim reaper wasn’t made one immediately either.

    Because Grim Reaper is the reincarnation of Wang Yo, while Goblin is the immortal Kim Shin.

      @hannahmustafa @midnight
      What happened in 600ish years in between? I believe reincarnated into Grim reaper is a way of punishment for suicide (or any unforgivable sin). Did he waited for 600 years to be punished? (I find this last sentence/question sound like sarcasm, but i really just confused and curious. I’m apologize before)

        I’m not really sure about reincarnation, but I assume it’ll take long enough to reincarnate. Like how we used to watch a time-travel drama where modern person is the reincarnation of people in Joseon era.
