My Choux au Craquelin – French Crunchy Cream Puff. Filled with Vanilla Cream (A whole vanilla pod went in!)

1st attempt! Husband says is as good as the famous store bought one✌

That looks amazing! How did you make the crumble on top?

It’s a disc of Cookie dough! Added on top of the pastry dough before baking 😊

Ooooh. I should give it a try sometime if I can get the time to try making choux pastry again.

I had alot of trouble with the choux pastry- alot didn’t rise well. Any tips?

Mine just turned really runny when I tried making eclairs. Maybe you mixed it too much?
