I\’m getting conscious about actors ages now lol. When i started watching dramas years ago all the actors were \”Oppa\”, but now they turned into \”dongsaeng\” 😅.

It\’s a bit awkward.

    I know right? I can’t even call Bo-gum oppa, and the new waves of hallyu actors are getting younger and younger.

      You know the pain! sometimes i call them (usually Park Bo Gum or Park Hyung Sik) “oppa” but just joking. They’re really getting younger though, maybe older actors have a preference to film movies now, i don’t know.

        True, the hot oppas and ahjussis are in Chungmuro. At least the drama I’m watching right now (Man to Man) has oppas I can squeal like a fangirl for.

        Uh… besides Man x Man? Um… well, you see… I don’t think I’m watching anything else. 😟 It’s literally the first time in a long time that I’ve been in such a slump. I’m gonna try to pick up some dramas that I’ve dropped and just watch ’em casually (like how I’m watching Man x Man). I’m expecting to fall in love w/ shows too much that when it doesn’t happen, I lose interest.

          I know what you’re going through, personally i think the first half of 2017 has been pretty weak in dramas so far, I’m watching some dramas that i do enjoy but don’t love (except “Tunnel”, my first love of the year). I think the secret it’s don’t expect too much…but also hoping something better comes along 😁

            Aw, I should really check out Tunnel because I read so many good things about it. My first love of the year was Goblin… I know it technically started last year, but I literally spent the new year watching one of the new eps, so it’s my love this year (and last year), too. Hehe.

            And yes, your tip is true! You’ll hear from me when I start piling on dramas to watch. Haha.

        Yeah, his dramas are usually really good (omg, I just remembered Doctor Stranger as I’m typing this…) and/or he’s usually very good, so let’s hope for the best! My hesitations are with Suzy. The girl’s gorgeous and charismatic, but I think she’s still very lacking as an actress.

          Let’s just pretend “Doctor Stranger” doesn’t exists hahaha, but yeah he’s a good actor and i love the writer, about Suzy…i also think she’s pretty weak as an actress but i’ll try to be optimist and hope for the best (good writing + directing can do wonders sometimes).

Last time i heard about upcoming drama “While You Were Sleeping” was in February, i need more news about this drama😔 I know there’s a few pictures of Suzy and Lee Jong Suk filming but I’m greedy.

          Yeah i tried being optimistic but you right. I’m very excited for a new season though, they definitely have plenty of story to cover about the girls especially about Ji-Won.

            I just realized I didn’t even mention Hwa-young’s name, as if you’d know who I was talking about–which, you probably do, but still. Haha, sorry! Anyways, I actually still have to finish the last ep, but I honestly could’ve done w/o a couple of OTHER girls (even tho I love the whole Belle Epoque gang), rather than no Hwa-young. She was my fave character. Would love to see more Ji-won, though! YES!

I’ve just finished today “Secret Love Affair” with Yoo Ah In and Kim Hee Ae, an impeccable drama, brilliant acting/directing/music. I’ve never saw anything like this.

      This drama was gorgeous to look at. I found out that the writer and director worked with each other again in “Heard It Through the Grapevine” so i’ll add to my “to-watch list”, it would be nice if they also worked with Yoo Ah In and Kim Hee Ae again.

        How did I forget 😮 I watched Heard It Through The Grapevine and enjoyed it thanks to its dark humor. Some episodes felt a bit slow but I highly recommend it ! Plus Go Ah Sung and Lee Joon make a cute couple.
