Omomo! You’re right! I’m on my work computer rn, so I just thought since it’s slow, the down vote button is taking its time to load, but now that you’ve mentioned it… WOW! It looks like it’s really gone. It’s for the best, since it was giving some Beanies a lot of stress because of ridiculous and malicious Down Vote Monsters!
I thought my computer was just acting up too! lol. True about the down votes – I was surprised at the increase in its usage esp these past couple of weeks 😔 The comments threads became quite sad to read through as it created (un?)intentional friction and/or caused opinions and responses to flare up, instead of the agreeing-to-disagree kind of discussions
Yeah, it’s really unfortunate that the downvote button was used so irresponsibly and more out of spite, rather than to simply and maturely disagree w/ a comment. Honestly, it does feel kinda weird w/ just one upvote button, but obviously, it was just too much for some people to handle.
