SO excited about Ahn Pan-seok coming back to dramas. For a while now I’ve felt like JTBC has been missing a spark that makes their dramas above average, but he and Jung Sung-joo bring the magic!

I’m so glad Rescue Me is as good as it is, because it’s been a long time since OCN produced a drama I could love (think Vampire Prosecutor… the first).

So much for a break from k-dramas — watched the first two episodes of Rescue Me. Caught second lead syndrome in like, two seconds. Damn.

    Also got ~very emotional. I knew it was going to be heavy, but I didn’t think it was going to be that heavy. It’s almost too much, in a good way. Definitely a drama to keep up with.

        I don’t know if my heart could take it if it gets any darker! But I love the subject matter they’ve picked to explore. It’s very interesting.

Taking a break from k-dramas for a month (or two, shoutout to Forest of Secrets for ruining me lol), but all the new ones coming out sound so fun… :\

    I’m also on a break, but idk how long it’ll last.

    Though I did watch the Strongest Deliveryman premiere, and while I enjoyed it, I’m not entirely sold on it, so Idk how long I’ll stick around.

      Heeeeeeey! I might come back around Labor Day (U.S.) though. Something about extended weekends and extra time haha.

      I was thinking of trying that too since I really like Chae Soo-bin, just something light and fluffy since I know I’ll also be watching Rescue Me eventually.

Ha Ji-won’s new drama about doctors on boats reminded me of Umi no Ue no Shinryoujo, so now I’m watching a drama. With Matsuda Shota. *T-PAIN VOICE* on a boat. It’s a cute and breezy watch.

      Haha me too, I watched HYD, saw his face and never looked back. His newest drama is actually Dias Police (aired last year actually), this one is from 2013!

        Heck I’m so behind from his latest dramas. Guess my J tv channel don’t air every new dramas then because last year I watched quite many new J-dramas but he’s not in any of them, only his bestie Kora Kengo I could find.
