This weekend I need to binge-watch few dramas that together, they totalled up to almost 60 hours. And the weekend only has 48 hours (if I don’t sleep). I think I could break a record here.

      Just pick up Crime Scene so need to binge-watch all seasons (both Korean and Chinese LOL), about to start TLAHL (yes, am a latecomer), Man to Man, Suspicious Partner and Ruler of the Mask. I’m trying to get out of my slump LOL.

        Haha, I think we have the same mentality, but you’re more serious about stepping up your drama game because I’m only planning to check out a couple dramas this weekend. But yeah, I’ve been in the worst drama slump ever.

    if you don’t have a problem with reading subtitles fast, i tend to watch drama’s at 1.1 speed to save some time and get more binging done (i did rewatch all the good scenes though 🙂 )

      My brain would never be able to process that lol, it’s quite impressive! Maybe if my brain weren’t trying to match the Korean to the English while translating the English to Danish, I might have a chance, but definitely not as is 😛

        i had that in the beginning 🙂 i’m used to watching english series on 1.1 (except the series where the speech is fast), i did not try it wit korean series until i got familiar with how the language was spoken, however, i don’t translate english to another language, sad it won’t work for you so well, it really does help save up some time in the long run 🙂

Just had the worst date ever. He’s so shy that I can hardly hear what he says, then he snaps whenever I disagree with him and it was hell weird. Who do you think you are? Park Hyung Shik?

      Don’t really mind him being shy, it’s kinda ok, until it was weird when he had this split personality and suddenly snapping at me on things we disagree upon. Example: he talks about politics, and i tried to change the subject and then he said he’s disappointed in me and accused me of being ignorant n not being patriotic enough. I mean.. wth was that? It gets worse from there.

    Oh wow, sorry to hear you had a terrible date. Glad to know you’re safe and ok though. ….. Luckily, you were safely able to see some of this person’s true colors. If this is what he does in the beginning, who knows what else would be in store. Definitely beware.

      Exactly, if he can behave like that on the first date, can’t imagine what it would be on other dates LOL. Petty weirdos in kdrama are all cute and adorbs, but in real life? Erm not so much!

It’s a very bad week. Got injured, had wound infection, had to use crutches to walk now and missed my deadlines. What else could possibly go wrong? Then they go and pre-empt Chicago Typewriter.

CT is a difficult/weird show to watch as in you have to give 110% or you’ll get sidetracked. And I’m going to rewatch 1-6 while waiting for 7-8 this weekend. I must be crazy.

    Totally agree! It takes me longer than usual to finish one episode of CT, the drama is just not engaging enough? I’ve no idea why though… hopefully I won’t end up dropping the drama because I do want to know the mystery behind it

      It’s definitely a slow burner and not the usual fast-phased rom com. Plus, the show’s a weirdo. I wasn’t so sure myself going into CT, it took me 5 episodes to finally get on board. Episode 5 was my turning point and I’m a total goner now. Now I kept on thinking about CT even while watching other dramas LOL. Hence, I decided to drop other dramas and will only pick them up after CT.

      Is it weird that I’m watching to look for clues/ hints that I might missed about the 30s mystery? This show kept dropping hints I’m pretty sure they would drop a lot in the first few eps LOL.

Told a friend I’m getting engaged to this man and she teasingly announced it on facebook. I was more worried to being outed as a K-addict than as a fiance. Luckily there’s no photo attached. Phew.

      You don’t have to watch to appreciate the pretty. I always find him cute, but this is the first time he. looks. SO. HOT. And yes, a sexy Harry Potter indeed! And did I mention that in this show he’s a book geek too? That’s like a different level of hotness there…
