That’d be really interesting! Unfortunately people in the industry are so tight lipped and there’s still such a stigma on mental health issues, that the numbers would probably be skewed. I bet a whole lot of people in general could use therapy but don’t go, because of the stigma on it. (Which makes it ironic that there are so many dramas with psychology etc as a main theme lol.)
true. and so many dramas with actors/singers playing actors/singers & the trials they go through! maybe there are indeed research and i just don’t know where to look or it’s not getting the social awareness it needs. aw.
