Sorry…I do kinda see what she said to Won is like telling a friend she likes him very much and maybe she might have liked Won first, I dunno. But now the bedside conversation shows that she wanted to confess and she didn’t really want to leave him?
For the things she said to Won I think San intended to say she’s very grateful to have met Won and befriended him. She spoke about how Won always gave her things while she didn’t ask etc etc. Then she casually asked Won to sit beside her. Yes that’s all purely on friendship term. While those words she said to Rin then placed her head beside Rin. I think even without subtitles ppl can still comprehend her feelings for Rin, right?
It’s what I think so too but somehow I feel that they are still trying to make it ambiguous. Don’t mind me…it’s probably my defense mechanism – just in case I am wrong 😭😭😭

If the subtitles are correct these are what she said to Won.
“You opened up my heart”
“I like you very much”
During that I was thinking why the show are toying again with us but she said those words in very comfortable friendly atmosphere.
As the ones she said to Rin.. do you want me to spoil it to you? (other than my caption above)
