How I wish the parking rate at Los Angeles International were only £55 ($71 US) a week! ….. Parking at LAX is $30 (£23) for a whole day. This is at any of the main lots inside the airport. In a week this would be a grand total of $497 (£384)!
Yeah, can you believe it? And if going to and being in that airport was such a relaxing treat, I could maybe try to justify the price. But no, it’s not. It’s stressful from beginning to end. ….. They’re going through a major remodel right now, they may or may not be done I don’t know, the thing is that airport needs to be bigger but they can’t make it bigger because there’s no more room to grow! When they’re done with all the new construction, I wouldn’t be surprised if the parking fee is increased to $50.
Good decision on your part regarding arriving at one of the smaller airports!
Yeah, not sure how accurate this graph is (SFO is $25/day (£19) for long-term) But interesting thought. That’s why I always have someone drop me off. I ain’t paying that!!!!!

If I survived a plane crash in the wilderness, my biggest concern would be how much my airport parking bill would be.

Yet people are still willing to pay that much.
I can’t stand LAX. I’d rather drive from the smaller airports to avoid flying there.

Having someone drop you off is a good idea. Save yourself the stress and aggravation!
