When a patron argues with me about library policy

    A patron once wanted to do something over the phone that you have to come into the library to do, I explained the policy. I was informed how that was not true (in my head I thought if you know so much more than me, why are you calling me for help? Hmmmm?). I explained again they read something to me that they completely made up and told me was on the library website. It was there all right. In the comments. Put there by them, while I was talking to them.

    It was a loooong conversation.
