@mango@frabbycrabsis it was very, very bad…..I don’t know….I know kids bully but I personally am thankful that despite going to an all girls school, things were never this bad in my school growing up and we had a strict anti-bullying rule that was enforced pretty strongly
Bullying goes on everywhere, but the severity in each country is different. It seems to be worse in Korea? I have watched a lot of high school movies that feature bullying as a way of life among the kids there. It’s so weird? I mean, is it because they are too stressed out from studying? That’s why they pick on other kids? Or is their inferiority complex about whatever at play here?
I would say Save me showed it in the most realistic way. In other dramas it isn’t shown as serious as it really is. In other dramas, problems get solved after the victim says few cool words or someone once protects him.

I always wonder the same about bullying in dramas. Is it that bad in reality ? Do people not speak out or defend the bullied ?

If it’s as bad as it was in Boys Over Flowers, then something is seriously wrong with the kids in Korea.

There was never a bullying case in my co-ed school. I’ve seen that go that far in asian dramas. Is it perhaps more severe in asian countries ?
