So I’ve just returned to work full-time after a four-month break to recuperate – during which I watched the MOSTE DRAMAS EVER.

Only now I truly empathise with the sleep or drama memes as anxiety is slowly bubbling up when I think of the episodes I’m yet to watch. Been used to watching each episode as soon as it gets subbed.

And so I decided to postpone getting a haricut (for which I’d planned to leave work early) so that I can go home and catch up on the ever-increasing pile. And I don’t know whether I should be happy or ashamed. 😐

i hope you could rest well, and watching drama’s is good for the soul, mind and heart 🙂
take it one episode at a time to beat anxiety, it’s okay if you don’t watch everything the moment it’s subbed, and don’t let it get in the way of doing the things you need to do , like getting a haircut 🙂 try to go for one tomorrow and then use the kdrama as a reward? 🙂

Thanks! Yeah, the more I stayed away from them, the easier it became. And now when I watch the dramas, I’m more selective about what I want to watch, and I find that I’m enjoying squeeing more 🙂
