KDrama Review of “The Girl Who Sees Smells” OR “Sensory Couple”
4 out of 5 stars on DramaFever
How much I enjoyed it: 8/10
How I rate it: 7/10
This is my kind of show, I loved it! I adore great writing and stories centered around the creative uniqueness of the hero and heroine’s gifts. The villain is absolutely terrifying (whilst being calm and almost nice enough for you to keep wishing he weren’t the villain). The romance is absolutely precious and heartwarming. The team of police officers, though imperfect and a bit oblivious sometimes, provide an amazing amount of camaraderie and laughs. The moral lessons of compassion, teamwork, and choosing not to return evil with evil is so necessary in our world today. Definitely recommend!
(My only complaint is we never learn all the details of the villain’s motives, but it’s not a hard thing to overlook because the rest of the story shines!)
