KDrama Review of “Pinocchio” (#5)
Watched: September 2016
5 out of 5 tars on DramaFever
How much I enjoyed it: 10/10
How I rate it: 10/10
First Watch: This is without a doubt the BEST KDrama I have ever watched. It’s wonderfully cast, beautifully written, not to mention, it has an important and powerful message for it’s viewers.
The romance is literally perfect. The humor is charming. The family relationships are unbelievably heartwarming and inspiring. I seriously cannot recommend this show enough.
(To quote a DramaBeans writer: “Park Shin-hye should only do rom-coms. And only with Lee Jong-seok”)
Finished: September 2016
Second Watch: This show is literally my definition of PERFECT. The perfect cast. The perfect moral lesson. The perfect ending. It’s so happy! I love when Dal Po is the bigger man and asks the questions that need answered, not the ones driven by bitterness and hatred. He’s decided to live motivated by compassion, love, and justice. The theme of this show, living a life of integrity. Diligently seeking to live honestly… that’s such a powerful statement in our world today. The truth always comes out. I will never watch the news in the same way after this show. I love “Pinocchio” so much! I know I’ll be back to watch this show again!
