The villains in Kdramaland, 90% is always Chief Prosecutor, Police Chief, some CEOs, Director of some hospitals, Prof, and 99% of the politicians there….from my a couple of years of Kdrama-ing…
Perhaps this is a reflection of how the current Korean public views those in power. After all art imitating life is as at least as old as Aristotle’s Poetics where he talks about how to write fiction.
