Yess, I would love to see him in a rom-com! And okay, this is random and may sound weird, but whenever I see Kang Haneul's face, I am just kind of... in awe, momentarily. I know lots of people say he doesn't have traditional Korean good looks, and that's true... as in, he doesn't look like Song Joong-ki. But man, if there was one good thing to come from Moon Lovers' excessive close-ups, it was that it made me appreciate that face. His bone structure is honestly like a work of art. His features are almost ethereal, or deity-like. I could imagine him playing some type of god. And that's not to say that I am, like, head-over-heels in love with him or whatever, but from a completely objective viewpoint I just really appreciate his face like how one would appreciate a Greek sculpture. Yeah. That's all I wanted to say. :P

Oh boy. We need him as a main lead for way too long. Hope he accept this or other projects will do too!! Need him badly on my screen. ?

I want to see kang neul in rom com too! I hope he accepted this offer, but I dont expect too much. If the release of this drama is in summer or in the near future, maybe difficult. Because kang ha neul is still filming the movie until june and the other movie with park seo joon will be released in august. If her leading lady is in her 20s or not noona romance, I can only think of kim seulgi, park eun bin, lee se yong, iu and kim ji won. Who else? But it seems they already have project. For actress in her 20s, a bit limited.

Awww, I thought this premise was adorable the moment I heard of it and if they can finally get Kang Ha-neul in his first leading role for it, this would officially be too good to be true!!!

Honestly, with the blind heiress in the premise, it kind of reminds me of Angel Eyes. Too bad Nam Ji-hyun is already busy! I'm still hoping for a reunion between them one day and this would have been perfect. That said, I'm very excited to see whoever they cast opposite him. Please, make it someone worthy! Lol, I also can't wait to see the dog...

As much as I want to see him in a lead role so badly. I have reservations about this drama's plot. It sounds like another cheesy romcom and without enough meat in the plot to sustain it for 16 episodes a la Lucky Romance or She Was Pretty. I hope I'm wrong. He did well to avoid the wreckage that ended up being Missing 9. For his sake, I'm hoping for better.

I thought that the dog might be the same as the one in 'Father, I'll Take Care of You' too

I'd love to see Seo Hyun-jin in a flat-out rom-com. She was great in OH HAE-YOUNG AGAIN and ROMANTIC DOCTOR, TEACHER KIM, and had sizzling chemistry with Eric and Yoo Yeon-seok. I'd love to be able to laugh myself silly over an interspecies love triangle with KHN as the veterinarian after all the intensity of her previous two roles.

Finally! I love him! He is such a good actor. I really enjoyed him in 'Twenty', 'Likes for likes', and 'Missing Noir M'.

Awesome and finally! People who've been in the business for long , have steadily risen and grown through 2nd lead roles and just being in the cast are getting lead recognition they deserve. ???

I shipped him and IU so much in Scarlet Heart! The library scene and the scene where he stares at her across the courtyard are two of the most romantic scenes ever, they sizzled with palpable chemistry just by one look!

I love him, but the premise maybe a miss or hit depends on its execution. Since he seems to take heavier roles in movie. so for a change he can do light roles for drama. I am excited to see him as the male lead, but I will wait until the news who will be the leading lady out first. Kim Seul Gi will be a good choice, but she is currently busy with another drama. Unless if she can jump from one project to another project soon, maybe yes. Other choices who are free (actress in 20s) that I will love to see with him Baek Jin Hee or Kim So Eun (a reunion maybe), or I dont mind to see Seo Hyun Jin too, although I will prefer SHJ in meatier role, probably in thriller drama. Jo Boah is available too.

Finally , a very long overdue drama leading role for this incredible talent actor.
And it happens to be a romance comedy by Jo Soo Won PD- one of my favourite PD. He is really good PD who are always brave and clear about the best direction the drama should heading to. He is very friendly in the way communicate with the actors and staffs on filming set and after the camera off. He has helped to boost a lot of top star's career. Also he doesn't afraid to cast rookies and give them the chances to shine.
He also likes to work again and again with the actors/actresses from his previous dramas.

- Lee Sung Kyung ( I think she will do pretty solid . I want her to work with Jo PD since lots of her bffs have worked with him in the past. However, she stated in her current interview that for now she wants to try more roles which similar to her real life personality. A lot of people misunderstood her personality after watching her villain /bad girl role. She also has a movie which is filming soon)
- Park Shin Hye ( their chemistry would be so cute . They are real life sunbae-hoobae in university and good friends after working in drama and cf together. I heard that she already consider another drama in the 2nd half? )
- Park Bo Young- too soon ? They were really adorable in a CF years ago. PBY is quite picky with script and it took her long time to find a next role. So i guess not.
- Eunji ( I am fine with casting idol as long as they have talent in acting and do feel very passionate in pursuit acting career. I think Eunji is one of the top idol actress)
- Eunjung (she can do really well too if given chance. I really miss her acting. She already has a daily drama at the moment)
- Han Groo ( she recently gave birth to twins)
- Kim So Eun ( they worked together in a movie and they do have chemistry)
- Kim Yoo Jung ( have no doubt about her acting talent, however, she is still too young for this drama genre)

I hope the character is as much of a gigglefest as he is in real life. people have only seen the serious side in dramas. Time to show something very different

I think I'm most interested in the "blind heiress" aspect of the drama. I don't think I've ever seen a blind Kdrama heroine, or at least not a permanently blind one. Hopefully it will be a thoughtful expose, not used for undue comedy. I think Kang Haneul would make a great lead, hwaiting!
